  • We currently deliver within selected areas of Kolkata, West Bengal.
  • Delivery availability will be confirmed at the time of placing the order.
  • For locations outside our delivery radius, customers may opt for takeaway/self-pickup.

  • Standard delivery time is 30 to 90 minutes, depending on order size, location, traffic, and weather conditions.
  • While we strive to deliver on time, unexpected delays may occur due to traffic, strikes, natural events, or high order volumes.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Charges may vary based on distance, order value, or promotional offers.

4. Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once the order is placed and payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS/phone call.
  • For any updates regarding your delivery, our team may contact you on your registered phone number.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery address and contact details.
  • If the delivery fails due to wrong address, unreachable contact number, or customer unavailability, the order will be considered delivered and no refund will be provided.

6. Takeaway / Self Pickup

  • Customers can choose to collect their orders directly from our restaurant.
  • Pickup time will be confirmed while placing the order.
