At Crystal Chimney Restaurant, we strive to provide the best food and service experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are processed.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the customer.
  • Cancellation requests will only be considered if:
    • The order has not been processed or prepared yet.
    • Unavoidable circumstances prevent us from fulfilling the order (e.g., item unavailable).
  • In such cases, the customer will be informed, and a refund will be initiated.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Payment deducted but order not confirmed due to technical/payment gateway issues.
  • Incorrect order delivered (items not matching with the order).
  • Non-delivery of the order due to service failure from our side.
  • Quality issues, if reported immediately upon delivery with valid proof (photos/videos).

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Customer provides incorrect delivery address or is unavailable at the time of delivery.
  • Delay in delivery due to traffic, weather, strikes, or external factors beyond our control.
  • Change of mind or customer decides not to consume the food after delivery.
  • Partially consumed food or complaints made after significant delay.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, Net Banking, etc.).
  • Refunds will be initiated within 3–5 working days, but actual credit to your account may take 7–10 working days, depending on bank/payment gateway policies.
  • Customers will be notified via email/SMS once the refund has been processed.
